Export a copy
- Open the mapper’s export/share controls.
- Choose the format that matches the recipient’s needs.
- Wait for the download and open it to check the result.
- Share only the information appropriate for the recipient. Use attendee exports for guest-facing plans.
Import a workspace
- Export your current work first if you need a separate backup.
- Choose Import a VenuDash workspace and select the JSON file.
- Review the imported boards, tiers, and objects. Import replaces the current workspace and can be undone.
- Wait for cloud saving to finish and review event attachments before applying any booking layout.
Snapshots do not update themselves
Downloaded images, HTML, PDF, SVG, and CSV describe the design when exported. They do not follow later edits or show live seat availability. Send attendees to the event’s booking page to buy current seats.
