Check the attendee view
- Set the board audience to Attendees & team if it is intended for guests.
- For each relevant object, enable Show to attendees and add useful names, accessibility information, and status text.
- Open the attendee preview and inspect the plan at the size guests will use.
- Check entrances, seat labels, facilities, and orientation. Remove private team notes or operational-only objects from the guest-facing plan.
Use 3D for a second view
Open 3D mode to inspect object elevation, stage details, and the scene layout. Adjust the view with its visible controls, then return to the 2D plan for exact geometry and ticket assignments.
A 3D scene is a visualization of your configured objects. It is not a structural model, a crowd simulation, or evidence that a venue meets permit requirements.
Planning checks
Review the checks for object names, capacity, gates or exits, ticket tiers, and unresolved comments. Resolve useful warnings before sharing. Automated checks support your review and do not replace an on-site safety assessment.
