Read event analytics

Understand views, sales, availability, and the pace of bookings.

Open event analytics

  1. Open Events and select the event you want to review.
  2. Choose Analytics and select a reporting period, such as Last 28 days.
  3. Read the metric labels and compare the trend with the ticket-type or sales breakdowns shown.
  4. Hover or focus chart points where supported to see the values for an individual interval.

Use metrics to make decisions

Event views indicate interest; confirmed tickets indicate successful bookings. Today’s sales help you spot short-term changes. Compare these with remaining availability before changing promotion or inventory.

A view is not necessarily a unique person. Revenue figures must be read with their currency and payment status. Gate admissions belong to the scanning workflow and are different from tickets sold.

Live updates

Keep the analytics page open and connected for refreshed data. If an update fails, read the error and retry. Short-term totals can change as payments are confirmed, orders expire, or cancellations are processed; use order records when investigating a specific difference.
