Where to start
Choose Payouts in your organizer sidebar to open Earnings & payouts. Only the owner and finance team can access these records. Use Earnings for balances, Payouts for requests and transfer history, Transactions for statements, and Bank accounts for your bank details.
Payments received directly into your organization’s bank account remain with you. They do not create a VenuDash payout. VenuDash-collected payments enter your payout balance only after a confirmed receipt. Platform fees on direct payments can appear as fees owed to VenuDash.
Complete verification
- Open Organizer page and find Verification. Enter the legal organizer name, organizer type, country, address and contact email. Businesses also provide their registration number.
- Read the organizer terms before accepting them. Review your details, then submit the application.
- If the reviewer requests corrections, read the reason, correct the application and resubmit. Organizer approval and bank verification are separate checks.
- Open Earnings & payouts, then Bank accounts. Add the account holder’s legal name, bank, account number and currency. A new or changed account requires independent verification and a temporary security hold.
Read your balances
| Balance | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Settled earnings that currently meet the payout policy, after reserves and other commitments. |
| Pending | Earnings that have not yet reached the release date or completed required checks. |
| Reserved | Money allocated to a payout request or scheduled transfer. A failed transfer remains reserved until its outcome is resolved. |
| Paid | Transfers confirmed successful by the bank. Initiating a transfer is not the same as receiving it. |
| Reserves and offsets | Amounts withheld for refunds, disputes, reserves or a negative balance from another event. |
When a payout can start
The initial policy schedules ordinary payouts five business days after the event ends, subject to reconciliation, host approval, bank verification and risk checks. Business days exclude weekends and configured bank holidays in the platform’s business timezone.
Hosts with at least two completed paid events and one successful payout may request an early payout from two business days after the event ends. The dates and reasons on your earnings page reflect the current policy. The expected initiation date is not a guaranteed bank arrival date.
Pre-event advances are invitation-only. They require additional history, sufficient settled earnings and reserves, and independent finance approvals. An invitation is not a guarantee that every request will be approved.
Request eligible earnings
- Open Earnings & payouts and find the event and currency you want to withdraw.
- Read any eligibility messages. When funds are available, choose Request payout. If an invited advance is available, it appears as a separate option.
- Review the amount, currency and verified destination. Confirm the request once. Your requested amount is reserved while finance reviews it.
- Open Payouts to inspect the decision history and transfer attempts. If a transfer fails, VenuDash retains the liability while finance reconciles the bank outcome and arranges a controlled retry.
Why money may be held
An event cancellation, unresolved dispute, pending refund, organizer suspension or bank-account change can stop a payout. A postponed event changes the eligible dates. The event’s earnings card explains the current reason.
A rejected request releases its reservation; it does not erase your underlying earnings. A completed refund or chargeback reduces the amount owed to you and may offset future earnings where applicable.
Download a statement
- Open Earnings & payouts and select Transactions.
- Choose Download statement (CSV). Review each event, currency, movement, collection method, fee and reference.
- Compare recorded transfers with your bank statement. Contact support with the payout reference if a confirmed transfer has not arrived; never send a full account number in a public message.
